Eligibility Criteria for Chennai Customs Office Recruitment 2026
- Tradesman – I.T.I Trade Certificate in Mechanic/ Diesel/ Fitter/ Turner/ Welder/ Electrician/ Instrumental/ Carpentary. 10th Std pass (or) equivalent. 2 years experience in Engineering/ Automobile/ Ship Repair organization.
- Seaman – 10th Std pass or equivalent. 3 years of experience in a sea-going mechanized vessel, with 2 years as a helmsman and seamanship work.
- Greaser – 10th Std pass (or) equivalent. 3 years of experience in a sea-going mechanized vessel on main and auxiliary machinery maintenance.
- Halwai-cum-Cook and Assistant Halwai Cum Cook: 10th class passes with certificate or Diploma in Catering.
- Staff Car Driver: 10th pass or equivalent with a valid driving license.
- Clerk: 12th pass or equivalent with Typing Skill.
- Canteen Attendant: Matriculation or equivalent.
