Eligibility: Check before applying if your caste is listed under the
OBC category in Tamil Nadu State. -
Required documents: Address proof like a Ration card copy, School
Transfer certificate, Community Certificates, Aadhar Card for age proof,
Photo, and income certificate.

Visit the official Government of Tamilnadu E-Sevai website
www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in - Register and then log in with your username.
- Then Select Services from Department wise in the dashboard.
- Search REV-115 Other Backward Classes (OBC) Certificate and follow the link.
- Now it will show the Instruction to apply for OBC Certificate.
- Select the Application/ Proceed.

Then Enter “CAN Number” if you don’t have CAN Number register using
the ‘CAN Register’ option. - Fill out the Application form with the required details.
- Upload the Documents in Pdf or Image formats.
- Complete the Application Fee Process.

Finally, you will get the Acknowledgement Number. Take a printout of the
receipt.
